Return & Refund Policy

This Returns and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) details the terms of Fabrica Kraft LLC (the “Fabrica Kraft”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) for processing the shipping, returns and refunds for the products ordered and purchased through our online web platform, https://www.cordeliakraft.com (the “Website”)

The purchasers are requested to carefully read, and understand the terms of the Policy, including the procedure for initiating returns or seeking refunds. If you choose to order products from our Website, it is implied that you have read the terms of this Policy and have given your consent to it. 

  • Terms for Processing Refunds
    • Once the returned products have been inspected (in cases of the delivery of damaged product) or authenticated (in cases other than that of damaged delivery), we shall process the full refund as soon as possible.
    • The amount paid by you shall either be credited into your account, or shall be credited to the card by which the payment has been made.
    • It shall take 3-5 business days for the amount credited to be reflected into the account of the purchaser.
  • Procedure to initiate & complete returns
    • All the items returned, otherwise than due to damages, must be in their original condition with no marks of being used, and must be returned in their original boxes (if any).
    • For all items to be returned, you shall first duly inform our customer care department about the problem and a member of the team shall assist you in processing such returns and claims. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) shall be generated upon processing such returns and in absence of the RAN the returns shall not be accepted.
    • Upon authentication of the returned product by the customer care agent, you shall be entitled to get a full replacement, or replaced component or the repaired goods, as applicable under the terms of the service. 
  • Procedure to be followed if you receive a product which was damaged in transit
    • You are requested to inspect your orders as soon as possible after receiving it and shall inform us in instances of receiving any damaged product by contacting the customer service department during normal business hours.
    • Any and all damages shall be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged shipment of the products.
    • We shall require the images of both the damaged item and the packaging it had arrived in. You are advised to send the photos that are not more than 300 KB per image to the customer service department.
    • If you are unable to email the images, then it is requested that you may send the photographs by postal mail to the corporate headquarters of Cordelia Kraft. We shall contact the courier company and file the appropriate damage claims, along with the photographs. It shall be our responsibility to arrange pickup for damaged products and their packaging to be examined, returned, and replaced when the claim is made to the shipping company.
    • IMPORTANT: You are strictly advised to retain the original shipping containers and packing that the item arrived in, as these will be required for inspection.
  • Terms of Cancellation & Returns
    • We take responsibility for returns or issues arising from our errors, covering all associated costs.
    • If you would wish to return a product without defects, there will be a 10% restocking fees which includes return shipping cost. 
    • Any shortages, damages or inconsistencies in the orders received must be reported within 5(five) business days, failing which Cordelia Kraft shall decline to accept such requests. In all events the refunds shall only be processed for the returns that have  been approved by our customer service department.
    • We shall ship the products to the shipping address mentioned in the order and the courier company shall deliver the products at such shipping addresses as mentioned in the purchase order, and it is your responsibility that proper address details are provided so that the products are delivered promptly and on time. In any event of untraceable or wrong address the customer shall be liable for all costs incurred including restocking fees, customs fee and shipment charges incurred, in returning the product back to Cordelia Kraft.
    • If you refuse to take the delivery of a non-refundable item you will not get any credits, and you shall be charged an extra cost for any return fees incurred by us after the shipment is refused. The denied shipment will stay in our ownership until you have paid all the costs for the item(s) to be resent. The item shall be forfeited if the payment is not completed within 30 days after the first missed delivery.
    • Once an item reaches our facility for return, our team will promptly contact you. We'll send the return back to you, with the shipping cost falling on you for the second shipment.
    • Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days
    • We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order, and may cancel any order(s):
      • if we suspect a fraudulent transaction, or
      • if we suspect that you have undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms Of Service, or
      • Where we are required to cancel the orders for any reasons beyond the control of Cordelia Kraft including for possible shipping or delivery failures for reasons beyond our control.
    • Color Accuracy Disclaimer
      • We strive to display our product colors and characteristics as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen settings and display technologies, colors seen on your screen are intended as a guide only and may not be an exact match to the physical product.
      • Please note that returns or refunds cannot be accepted solely on the basis of color or appearance differences between your screen and the actual product.
