This Returns and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms of Fabrica Kraft LLC (referred to as “CordeliaKraft,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds for products ordered and purchased through our online platform, https://cordeliakraft.com (the “Website”).

    Order Changes & Cancellations

    We begin processing orders quickly to maintain efficient production timelines.

    • Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
    • After 12 hours, the order may already be in production and may not be eligible for cancellation.
    • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

    To request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law:

    • Earrings and pierced jewelry (hygiene and safety reasons)
    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Made-to-order products
    • Gift cards
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
    • Items returned without prior authorization

    Eligible Returns

    Missing Items Policy

    If your order appears incomplete:

    • Verify all packaging materials, as items may be packed separately

    • Provide photos of the package and contents

    We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

    Refunds

    If your return request is approved:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
    • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us
    • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

    If a replacement is preferred and the item is available, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

    Exchanges

    We replace items only if:

      Delivery & Shipping Liability

      • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

      International Orders ( Canada / EU / UK / Global)

      Import duties, VAT, customs fees, or taxes may apply depending on your country.

      These charges:

      • Are determined by your local customs authority
      • Are the responsibility of the customer
      • Are not refundable

      If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes:

      • Return shipping and customs fees will be deducted from the refund.

      European Union & United Kingdom Consumer Rights

      Customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom may have a statutory right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days of delivery.
