This Shipping Policy (the “Policy”) details the terms of Fabrica Kraft LLC (the “Fabrica Kraft”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) for processing the shipping, returns and refunds for the products ordered and purchased through our online web platform, https://cordeliakraft.com/ (the “Website”)


  •  How are the products shipped?
    • The Products ordered are shipped out within a period of 5 - 7 business days of receiving the payment. This is an indicative and approximate period, and items can be shipped earlier or later on a case to case basis depending on availability of the product, fabric, customization, etc the postcode of the shipping address and other factors.
    • Global Delivery Partners:  DHL, FedEx, USPS & Royal Mail. 
    • An email regarding the shipment of your order shall be sent as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and details pertaining to the courier company’s website and will also mention the expected date of delivery. You may track your shipment on the webpage of the courier company or alternatively, may check the status of your shipment on your account’s order status page. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
    • All the products are shipped in proper and safe packaging, so as to ensure that no damages occur to the products while in transit. However, we cannot control how the products are handled by the shipping or airline companies’ personnel and therefore, in the event that you receive any product which has been damaged during transit, you are required to follow the procedure provided in this Policy for shipping damages.
    • We take responsibility for returns or issues arising from our errors, covering all associated costs.
    • Should you wish to exchange or return a product without defects or due to a sizing error, we will cover the expenses by facilitating a new order.
    • Once an item reaches our facility for return, our team will promptly contact you. We'll send the return back to you, with the shipping cost falling on you for the second shipment.
