Reviews help you shop with confidence, so we keep them honest. Here's how reviews work at Cordelia Kraft.
The reviews shown on our site include reviews left by customers on our Etsy shop, displayed through a review app. Ratings shown are the average of those reviews.
We never remove or hide a review because it is negative. We only remove reviews that contain offensive language, someone's personal information, spam, or content that has nothing to do with the product or service.
We never pay for reviews or offer rewards for positive reviews. If we ever offer something in exchange for a review, it will be for an honest review of any rating and will be clearly labeled. We do not post reviews from our team or their families.
Creators in our Collabs program may receive free pieces or earn a commission on sales. We ask them to clearly disclose that relationship, for example with #ad or #gifted, in line with FTC guidance.
