• CordeliaKraft provides reasonably priced, nonrefundable samples of the fabric for customer’s evaluation. CordeliaKraft shall not be responsible for the products the customer does not like because the fabric colour or texture does not match the colour on their computer monitor or other fabrics at their location. 
• The products are made as per the measurement given by the customer and the accuracy of the measurement is the responsibility of the customer. CordeliaKraft shall not be responsible for the products that are made correctly with incorrect information provided by the customer.
• CordeliaKraft shall not be responsible for the products which the customer does not like due to the standard placement of fabric ties, seams, zippers, and/or law tags or because the customer thinks the fabric is too thin or too thick even though it is based on the choice of the customer.
• Customers are responsible for any costs and delays associated with correcting mistakes made by the customer including all shipping charges (both ways).
• Comfort is very subjective, and although CordeliaKraft ensures the use of best available materials, and processing technology to manufacture the products, it shall not be responsible for products which the customer thinks are not comfortable enough or does not like for some other subjective reason.

• CordeliaKraft Responsibilities
• CordeliaKraft shall be responsible for using the fabric(s) the customer has selected and creating the finished product as per the given customer specifications within a certain tolerance of ½" (half inch) - 1" (one inch), depending on the style selected.
• CordeliaKraft is responsible for the costs of correcting any mistakes that we make if we fail to correctly manufacture the products using the information provided by the customer, provided that you follow the notification requirements in https://www.cordeliakraft.com/pages/return-refund-policy

• All products and services on FabricaKraft website require 100% advance payment before we can do any work owing to the nature of the work. 
• Our card processor attempts to run a temporary transaction on all credit transactions. If this fails, the transaction is not processed. In some rare cases, users with debit card transactions that are declined may see money deducted from their account by their financial institution to cover the temporary authorization. As the transaction was never completed, we cannot issue any refunds. CordeliaKraft shall not hold liability for such transactions and the Debit card users assume the risk in such transactions. 
• CordeliaKraft takes unwarranted credit card chargebacks very seriously. A criminal or fraudulent chargeback is when the credit card holder orders and receives products or services, then intentionally reverses the charge through their card-issuing bank, stating that they did not place or receive the product or service. • To threaten a chargeback to alter purchase price after an order is placed is extortion, and a criminal offence which we can rightfully prosecute to the full extent of the law. All phone calls and online orders at CordeliaKraft are time-stamped and digitally recorded for quality control.
• We do address verifications for every credit card. Orders that request delivery to an unverified address will require that we contact the actual owner of the credit card by phone. These phone numbers are obtained from sources other than the order itself.
• Original orders processed in error, with improper address, a wrong phone number, a declined or expired card, etc., require that a new order only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.
