Shipping & Delivery

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Please refer to the individual item details for estimated arrival times. Processing times may vary depending on the artisanal nature of the piece.

  • What happens if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
    Cordelia Kraft is not liable for packages delayed in transit, lost by the carrier, or stolen. Once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier, they are responsible for delivery. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance. For suspected theft, we recommend obtaining GPS coordinates of the last scan from the carrier and filing a report with your local police.

  • What if my item is returned to the sender?
    If an order is returned to us for any reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

  • Are there customs and import taxes?
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Returns & Quality Guarantee

  • What is your return policy?
    We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 30-day quality guarantee. Returns must be initiated via message within 7 days of delivery and returned in mint condition with original packaging.

  • Are there any exclusions to returns?
    Yes. Please check individual product listings for specific eligibility. Note that mishandling is not covered; our jewelry uses fragile materials like earthen clay, wood, and glass and must be handled with care.

  • Do you offer refunds?
    Refunds are generally not offered unless there is an error on our part. However, if an item breaks during shipment, it is insured. You must report damage within 48 hours and retain all packaging/photos to file a claim with the carrier.

Product Care & Sizing

  • How do I care for my handmade jewelry?
    To maintain lasting beauty:

    • Store pieces separately in their cloth bags to prevent scratches.

    • Clean with a soft, dry cloth only.

    • Avoid contact with chlorine, perfumes, creams, sweat, or cleaning fluids.

  • How does the sizing work?

    • Adjustable Necklaces: Designed to fit most, ranging from 16" (choker) to 24" (long pendant).

    • Free-Size Earrings: Universally designed, lightweight, and comfortable for everyday wear. All measurements are in standard US inches.

Orders & Wholesale

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Cancellations are accepted as long as the request is made before the item has dispatched.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
    Yes! Gift wrapping and custom packaging are available. For custom requests, please email us at care@cordeliakraft.com with your order number.

  • If a sale starts after I buy, can I get a refund for the difference?
    The price paid at the time of purchase is final. We do not offer retroactive refunds for items that go on sale after an order is placed.

  • Do you offer wholesale?
     Yes! We offer exclusive wholesale pricing for boutiques and retailers. Contact us to discuss bulk orders of our eco-friendly, handmade pieces.
